Dosage Instructions

Adults & children over 12: Dissolve 2 tablets under the tongue every 15 minutes for 2 hours before chemotherapy, then 2 tablets every 4 hours for 7–10 days.

Children under 12: Half the adult dose.

Rescue: During symptom crises, 2 tablets every 15 min for up to 2 hours, then resume.

Before your next treatment repeat step 1.
